Technical Support Representative

The primary role will be to provide first level customer support to help users of AkkenCloud with their payroll.
- You act as first point of contact for all customer payroll inquiries
- You will respond promptly and deeply to support requests via phone and email
- You educate customers on help resources available to improve their experience
- Resolve user and payroll technical support issues
- Document and advance payroll cases when necessary
- Documenting customer payroll feedback and process
- Payroll software user Improvement suggestions
- Must have experience with pertinent Payroll or Human Resources products
- Experience in a customer service role supporting business software
- Excellent customer service skills with an outward passion to help customers succeed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong organization and time management skills
- Knowledge of staffing and recruiting software a plus
- Ability to multi-task and perform in an exciting environment
