Job Description :
Customer Service is at the heart of AkkenCloud's mission. We are seeking highly motivated you that has excellent service skills and an enthusiasm for helping customers accomplish their goals. You have burning dream at the core to help our customers succeed. The primary role will be to provide first and second level customer support to all users of AkkenCloud.

- You act as first point of contact for all customer inquiries 
- You will respond promptly and deeply to support requests via phone and email 
- You educate customers on help resources available to improve their experience 
- Resolve user and technical support issues 
- Document and advance cases when necessary 
- Documenting customer feedback and process
- Improvement suggestions 

Required Qualifications :

- Experience in a customer service role supporting business software 
- Excellent customer service skills with an outward passion to help customers succeed 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong organization and time management skills 
- Knowledge of staffing and recruiting software a plus 
- Ability to multi-task and perform in an exciting environment
