Enterprise Account Executive

We are looking for a proven and passionate sales executive to help accelerate the speed with which we are closing larger enterprise opportunities generated through our inbound and outbound marketing efforts.
- Sell business solutions to staffing and recruiting agencies
- Qualifying opportunities by asking great questions about the prospect business requirements
- Close new subscription sales for AkkenCloud’s web based staffing and recruiting platform
- Build and manage a sales pipeline on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Create demand for AkkenCloud’s platform through aggressive, targeted outbound sales efforts
- Strategically manage assigned territory
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
- Present to executives via phone, online, and f2f meetings
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or similar
- 3+ years sales experience selling to C-Level and other senior business executives
- Awesome people, relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Self motivated and goal-oriented
- Proven knowledge of business, sales, marketing and negotiation tactics
- Must be able to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced and creative environment
- Knowledgeable technology user (SalesForce, MS Office, social media, etc.)
- Track record of closing six digit subscription sales
- Existing relationships/contacts a huge plus
- Ability to excel in a team environment
