Administrative Assistant/Office Manager

We are currently searching for an Administrative Assistant to work at our office in Nashua, NH. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service and must be outcome-oriented. The ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential.
- Assist with the marketing and Promotion of the company through social media
- Data entry as needed
- Minor Account reconciliation
- Typing proposals / letters
- Mail and package shipment preparation
- Office equipment and supply oversight
- Assisting with seasonal/specialty projects
- Assist with the marketing and Promotion of the company and our services through social media, direct promotion and marketing to our customers, and traditional media
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented customer service attitude
- Microsoft Word, Excel
- Ability to prioritize work flow in an ever changing environment
- Able to work both individually and as part of a team
