AkkenCloud provides an All in SaaS Platform to many of the fastest growing Staffing and Recruiting companies in U.S and Canada. To help with our growth, we are hiring Sales Development Representatives to join our inside sales team. This is a great opportunity for achievement oriented professionals and recent college graduates to establish and grow a successful sales career.


Responsibilities:
●      working in a pre-sales/sales capacity
●      conducting high volume prospecting calls to generate and qualify B2B sales leads
●      cultivating executive-level, strategic relationships and moving them through our sales cycle
●      orchestrating needs assessment calls with specific inbound and outbound prospects
●      schedule online demonstrations and meetings with qualified prospects
●      performing opportunity identification, information gathering, and the hand-off to our sales team

Required Qualifications :
Requirements:

●      self-motivated, coachable, team player with a desire to win
●      service oriented sales approach and desire to help customers achieve their objectives
●      excellent communication and presentation skills
●      knowledge of SaaS, Cloud-based software, CRM, ERP, and/or Staffing/Recruiting Software is a plus
●      experience with recruiting, consulting, HR, IT professional services, or staffing/recruiting industry also a plus
●      6 months - 2 years experience prospecting customers over the phone
●      a desire for professional and personal growth, lots of energy and a good sense of humor
