Mid-Market Inside Sales Executive

• Easily communicate the business impact of a fully integrated, exceptionally architected web-based software platform to both business and technical buyers
• Have a track record of developing sales plans and strategies to grow new business within an assigned territory
• Are exceptional at prospecting and generating strong, trust-based relationships with new customers
• Have experience selling CRM, ATS, HRM, and other SaaS solutions to recruiters and staffing companies
• Have a passion for customer adoption and satisfaction
• Highly motivated, positive, and competitive attitude that drive you to excel personally, but also enable you to be a team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience creating and developing relationships, primarily over the phone and online, but with the ability to travel too (<15%).

• Contacts and relationship at recruiting and staffing agencies
• Strong experience using web presentation technologies such as Citrix, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and social media
